
It is super yummy and only 1 point for 2 slices!! Load it up with turkey, lettuce and tomato and you have a healthy low point lunch!! I am so glad I don't have to give up things I love! I just have to be smarter about it, and I really feel like I am grabbing onto the concept and running with it. Ok, not actually running, I am way too outta shape for that. It's more walking than anything. Simply parking at the far end of the parking lots, taking the long way through Walmart, walking to the end of the road to get the mail instead of driving there, it is the little things and they all add up. I am excited to see how I do next week. I will keep you posted!

Heather! I am so proud of you. Guess what I did? I ate a whole pint of Ben & Jerry's last night.....sad. True. Sigh.....
Oh, I have a yummy suggestion for you. I used to live on these when I did WW. Take the 1pt bread and brush the sides with Canola oil (get your oil in) and get the Kraft non fat cheese singles. They are I think 1 pt for 2 slices and 2 slices counts as 1 milk. So you use the canola instead of butter and make a grilled cheese sandwich. It is so yummy. The ff swiss and cheddar are my fav. I make grilled cheese for my family like that now (only w/real cheese) and they can't tell the dif.
Another thing I lived on was egg white omletts. 3 egg whites are 1pt and then load it up with spinach-0pts! (cook it really slow with a lid so the spinach gets steamed) and add salt and pepper. Yummm.
