Just a thought

Well, I had this idea in my head that I was gonna be better at posting regularly, and it has been a few days so I figured I should come up with something. Unfortunately, I am not very creative, so here you go.

Steve and I just went for a ride on the motorcycle and once again it got me thinking I want to learn to ride, so....then I chickened out again. I keep telling myself that I am perfectly content to just ride on the back of his, and then I see the neighbor kids out on their dirt bikes doing stunts and everything. I mean, if they can do it so can I right? I just need to find an indestructible bubble that I can learn in so I don't get hurt, because I am just a big wimp.

I have spent most of the last week thinking about our upcoming vacation. I am so excited!! I keep thinking about things to see and do. Most of it comes back to thinking *I don't have to work for a whole week!!*

I have decided we are gonna visit the Bubba Gump resteraunt in Gatlinburg. Forrest Gump is one of Steve's all-time favorite movies. Did you know he can recite it almost word for word? Every time it comes on tv he stops to watch it. That and Shawshank Redemption, which he doesn't know word for word, but still loves to watch.

I love both of those movies too. And Forrest Gump is my favorite movie soundtrack. I am excited to eat at Bubba Gumps. I saw an ad for it in the vacation guide and thought.....I'll never get to eat there......because my Steve doesn't like seafood. Oh well, he can suffer. I am sure they have steak or something.

Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, sautee it. There's, um, shrimp kebabs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried. There's pineapple shrimp and lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich... That's, that's about it.

They have a menu that even Steve would eat. They have steaks and burgers. They have the whole menu on their website

We are VERY excited about going there to eat. Mike loves Forest Gump. I'm surprised the few times we've been to Gatlinburg we have never seen it.
